Rimarts Cava

Rimarts is a family winery founded in 2003 by siblings Jordi and Rita Ruiz in the Sant Sadurní d'Anoia region, the cava capital, located in the heart of the Penedès . Since its inception, Rimarts has had a strong commitment to quality and respect for the terroir , always seeking innovation within the cava tradition. The winery is distinguished by its artisanal approach, rigorously controlling the entire production process to ensure the quality of its cavas.

Rimarts selects the finest grapes from its own vineyards, which are located in a privileged area within the Penedès, known for its calcareous soils and Mediterranean climate, ideal for the production of high-quality cavas.

Philosophy
