WINEMAKING: The grapes were harvested on October 6, 2020, during the hours of least sunlight exposure to avoid damaging the grapes. The harvest was carried out manually in 10-kg boxes, with two sorting operations in the vineyard.

The grapes were received at the winery within minutes of picking to prevent oxidation, and a third selection was made bunch by bunch on the table before destemming. The grapes macerated for 12 hours in a stainless steel tank, after which the free-run juice was bled and gently pressed to achieve greater intensity on the nose and enhance the aromas.

Following controlled alcoholic fermentation at 16°C for several days, the wine was aged on lees for four months in stainless steel, after which it was lightly filtered prior to bottling. Finally, the wine was bottled for at least four months, using an antico-colored Burgundy bottle to prevent oxidation and improve its preservation.
