👃 Aroma: Deep and elegant, with a harmonious combination of ripe black fruits (blackberries, plums) and subtle notes of sweet spices, cocoa, and a mineral touch characteristic of the Ribera del Duero terroir.
👄 Flavor: Structured on the palate, with silky, well-integrated tannins. It presents a perfect balance between acidity and body, with a long, persistent finish that leaves hints of red fruits, vanilla, and light toasted notes from its barrel aging.
👀 Color: Intense cherry red with violet edges, a sign of its youth and good aging potential.

Breeding

This wine has aged for 14 months in French and American oak barrels , which gives it extra complexity without masking its fruity character.
