Tasting notes

👃 Aroma: Complex and deep, with great aromatic intensity. Ripe black fruits (plum, blackberry) stand out, combined with elegant notes of spices (black pepper, cloves), toasted wood, tobacco, and a balsamic touch that adds an additional dimension.
👄 Flavor: The palate is full-bodied, elegant, and well-structured, with soft, well-integrated tannins. Its mid-palate is velvety, displaying excellent harmony between the fruit and the wood, with a long, persistent finish that leaves a delicate hint of cocoa and vanilla.
👀 Color: Intense ruby ​​red with garnet edges, characteristic of its prolonged aging and excellent evolution.

Breeding

This wine was aged for 24 months in French and American oak barrels , giving it great complexity and an excellent balance between fruit and oak. After barrel aging, the wine continued to refine in the bottle, achieving its fullest expression.
