TASTING NOTES
Visual
Clean and bright with a straw yellow color with a golden rim due to its aging in barrels.
Aromatic
The nose reveals white-fleshed fruits such as reineta apple and pear, with subtle notes of butter and cream. Floral notes emerge in the background.
Gustative
On the palate, it's fresh, maintaining a good balance between acidity and alcohol. It's round thanks to the tannins from the wood and long on the finish.
ELABORATION
The grape harvest took place on September 29th and 30th, 2020, manually in 10-kg boxes at dawn. A few minutes later, a third bunch-by-bunch selection was carried out in the winery, after which the grapes were destemmed and crushed before being macerated in a stainless steel vat for 24 hours to achieve greater intensity on the nose and enhance the aromas.
Alcoholic fermentation took place under controlled conditions at 16ºC and the must was placed in 50% French oak and 50% acacia barrels for 6 months.
Finally, the stay in the bottle rack was at least 6 months.
